Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Patushi app and the patushi.app website. By creating an account or using Patushi, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Patushi is provided by Konstantinos Vasileiou Single Member Private Company (in Greek, Κωνσταντίνος Βασιλείου Μονοπρόσωπη Ιδιωτική Κεφαλαιουχική Εταιρεία), registered in the Greek General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) under number 161231603000, VAT number EL801672260, 18 Anapafseos Street, 116 36 Athens, Greece. Email: [email protected]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean this company.

2. What Patushi is

Patushi helps you keep your animals' health records, care schedules and reminders in one place. It is free to use, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Patushi doesn't give veterinary advice

Patushi helps you organise care. It does not diagnose, treat or replace your veterinarian. Suggested vaccine schedules, vaccine lists, product suitability information and reminders are general information based on common guidelines and on what you enter, and they may not fit your animal. Always follow your veterinarian's advice about your animal's health, and contact a vet straight away in an emergency.

4. Reminders

Reminders are notifications scheduled on your phone. They can arrive late or not at all, for example if notifications are turned off, your phone is saving battery, the date or time zone changes, or the app is deleted or moved to a new phone. Don't rely on Patushi as your only way to remember important care.

5. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Please give accurate information and keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure, because anyone who can use them can open your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us. See Delete your data.

6. Your content

Everything you add to Patushi, such as records, notes, photos, documents and contacts, stays yours. You allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the app to you. You are responsible for what you add and for having the right to add it. Only save other people's contact details when you are allowed to, such as a clinic's business details. Patushi is not a backup service, so keep your own copies of important documents.

7. Fair use

Don't misuse Patushi. For example, don't try to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt or overload the service, copy or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Our rights

Patushi, including its name, logo, design and software, belongs to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the app store you got it from.

9. App stores and sign-in providers

You may also need to follow the terms of the App Store or Google Play, and of Apple or Google if you sign in with them. These terms are an agreement between you and us, not Apple or Google:

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Patushi running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop the service. If we plan to shut it down, we'll let you know in advance where possible.

11. Liability

Patushi is free and provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for intent or gross negligence or for injury to life, body or health, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for:

You can stop using Patushi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

13. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Patushi after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
