Delete your data

If you have the Patushi app installed on your device, you can delete your data from the app: on the Home screen, tap your profile picture (or your initials) at the top right, then Delete your account.

If you no longer have the Patushi app installed on your device, you can request to have your data deleted by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include the email address associated with your Patushi account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes your account, animals, care records, files, photos and contacts straight away. Copies in our backups are erased within 8 days. Emails you have sent us are kept only as long as we need them to help you.
